Ohio Action for Healthy Kids |
| Jan has been a part of the team since 2002. She was involved with the 2002 AFHK Summit in Washington, DC., where the team identified the goals and objectives they wanted Ohio to address, and developed a plan to implement them. To this day, Ohio still uses those goals as a focus of its work. Jan finds her work with Ohio AFHK as very rewarding and enjoyable. |

| I joined the Ohio Action For Healthy Kids team in 2004 as the Zone 2 Leader. I have worked as the Health Education Director at the Auglaize County Health Department since 1985. I became aware of the Ohio Action For Healthy Kids in 2003 through my work with a regional Cardiovascular Health Program. I have had much experience implementing projects addressing student health risk behaviors in our local schools. Getting involved with the Ohio Action For Healthy Kids seemed to be a good match for me. |
